Frequently Asked Questions:
Shipping prices depend on the items ordered. For smaller items we charge £7.99 for first class delivery. For a one-man pallet delivery, we charge £100 for a curb-side drop. Please note other delivery options including next day delivery and installation may be possible. Please contact sales@sportsmed-fitness.co.uk for a quote.
Items that you wish to be returned, that are not faulty, can be returned within 14 days. Please note we do not offer free return’s, and this would be at your own cost. Please see our return policy HERE. Refunds would not include any installation costs or delivery costs.
We accept most major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Should you require an invoice and BACS payment please email sales@sportsmed-fitness.co.uk with your request and we can send you an invoice for payment via BACS.
We have an amazing team of national engineers who are experienced in installing various equipment including gym equipment and medical devices. Please contact us if you would like a quote for full installation within your chosen room. We will be happy to help!
Standard first-class delivery is usually 3-5 working days, our pallet deliveries are usually 10-14 days. Should you require delivery sooner please contact us and we will be happy to let you know the options available.
A copy of your invoice will be provided with the delivery. Should you require a PDF copy please contact sales@sportsmed-fitness.co.uk with you order number.
If your order is yet to be dispatched, we may be able to cancel you order. Please contact us with “URGENT” in the title and your order number asap to get the order cancelled in time note we are unable to cancel orders that are already dispatched.
We hope there is no damage or complaints however should you have any issues please contact sales@sportsmed-fitness.co.uk and we will be happy to assist!
Please report any orders that have not been delivered within 28 days of delivery. Failure to do so will forfeit any subsequent claim.
Orders will be despatched to the address entered in at the checkout stage. We cannot take responsibility for orders not being received due to an incorrect address being entered. Once you have placed your order please check that the shipping address on your confirmation email. For any changes please contact sales@sportsmed-fitness.co.uk immediately to make changes.
