Refunds and Returns
What can I return?
Any items in new, unused condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please note returns are at your own cost.
When will I get my refund?
Refund’s are processed as soon as possible. This should be within 5-7 working days from receipt of the returned goods.
How do I arrange a return?
For smaller items please return the goods with your order number/confirmation slip to SportsMed Products Ltd, Unit A4 Brunel Gate, Telford Close, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP19 8AR. For larger pallet deliveries please contact sales@sportsmed-fitness.co.uk. We advise you retain proof of postage until a refund has been received. SportsMed Products Ltd take no liability for items lost in transit.
Important things to note about our returns policy:
Refunds and exchanges are only processed once the item(s) are received back by us and assessed by the team.
You (the customer) are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, this also includes the cost of collection of items which are too large to return via post, for example pallet deliveries. To return large items please contact 0808 901 2015 or sales@sportsmed-fitness.co.uk to arrange a collection. We will then agree the price of collection with yourselves and deduct this from the refund amount.
If we find the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, unless the item is deemed faulty.
The price of the goods will be refunded in full, however, any delivery costs originally paid are not refundable.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
My goods have arrived faulty or damaged, what do I do?
We endeavour to supply goods which are free from any defects or damage. We hope there is no damage or complaints however should you have any issues please contact sales@sportsmed-fitness.co.uk and we will be happy to assist!
